Wood Coated Door

Leaf Detail
The outer surfaces consist of E1 quality MDF panels laminated with 4-6 mm single-sided natural wood veneer.
The leaf frame is made of 30×42 mm or 35×42 mm dimensions, composed of 12 mm E1 quality MDF + 18 mm finger joint solid wood + 12 mm E1 quality MDF laminated panels.
Frame Detail
18 mm + 6 mm + 18 mm E1 quality MDF or 18 mm + 18 mm E1 quality MDF panels are laminated in cold press units. They are cut to standard or special dimensions and natural wood is applied in wrapping units using Jowat-Toptherm® 236.70 glue. After sanding and cleaning, the panels are sent to the painting units.
Architrave Detail
9 mm, 12 mm, and 18 mm thick, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm wide or custom-sized E1 quality MDF panels are transformed into telescopic architraves by adding 4 mm E1 quality MDF fins in automatic units. Natural wood veneer is applied in wrapping units using Jowat-Toptherm® 236.70 glue. After sanding and cleaning, the architraves are sent to the painting units.
